We are looking to add to the Titan team!
The role of the Recruiter is to perform full cycle recruitment of candidates in various industries. The job will include conducting phone screens, interviews, attending job fairs, presenting offers and helping great candidates connect to great companies.
The job responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Search various job boards for active and passive candidates
- Call and initiate contact with candidates
- Review and analyze resumes
- Set meetings with candidates
- Conduct interviews
- Handle interview debriefs and salary negotiations
- Work within the company recruiting software
- Assist in completing new hire paperwork
- Manage candidate follow-up post placement
- Attend Career Fairs
- Act as a liaison between the candidate and client
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- Sales, Recruiting or business experience and/or background
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high customer expectations
