Titan Professional Resources is seeking an experienced Application Developer with Banner experience to support a well-known establishment here in the OKC area. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and support of Ellucian Banner Student and related enterprise applications.
- Build and maintain system integrations using Ellucian Ethos, APIs, and other tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess business needs and recommend technical solutions that enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Develop and optimize application packages, interfaces, and workflows for performance and reliability.
- Ensure systems are secure, stable, and consistently available.
- Document integration processes, workflows, and standards for long-term support.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to mid-level developers.
- Work with vendors and internal IT teams to evaluate and implement third-party systems with secure integration to core platforms.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Extensive experience with Ellucian Banner Student and related ERP systems in a higher education environment.
- Strong knowledge of Ethos integrations, APIs, and data exchange between Banner and external applications.
- Proficiency in development tools such as Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, XML, HTML, Grails, and Ellucian Page Builder.
- Solid understanding of academic and administrative processes within higher education institutions.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex integrations and design scalable solutions.
- Experience with workflow automation and system monitoring.
- Comfortable working in a remote or distributed team setting with cross-functional collaboration.
