Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy enterprise communication solutions using Contact Center, self-service bots, and CPaaS (SMS, chat, digital channels).
- Integrate AI frameworks, automation, and machine learning to enhance CX and AX.
- Configure and maintain voice infrastructure, including speech analytics, NLP, and intelligent routing.
- Collaborate with teams to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Document workflows, troubleshoot issues, and maintain solution architecture.
- Provide advanced support for production voice networks and ensure high availability.
- Develop performance metrics and implement process automation using AI and scripting tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 6–8 years of experience in Unified Communications, VoIP, or related roles.
- Expertise in Cisco UC solutions: Contact Center, Unity Connection, CUCM, WebEx, Expressways, CUBEs/SBCs.
- Strong knowledge of VoIP routing, QoS, dial peers, and VLANs.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and call recording tools.
- Experience with speech analytics, NLP, and AI-based decision engines.
- Scripting skills (Python or similar) preferred.
