We are seeking an experienced Software Developer to maintain, enhance, and develop business-critical applications, including a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and client-facing web applications. This role combines hands-on software development with collaboration across departments to ensure existing systems remain stable while building new solutions that improve business operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and its integration with other business applications.
- Develop and improve client-facing web applications and internal software solutions.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software throughout the full software development lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues while ensuring system reliability.
- Collaborate with end users to gather requirements and implement effective technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain integrations using APIs and database technologies.
- Produce clear technical documentation for applications and processes.
- Follow established development standards, best practices, and organizational policies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
