Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement automated workflows for document and data processing, including data capture and extraction.
- Optimize performance by working with both new and existing content.
- Manage enterprise-level third-party software across front-end and back-end environments.
- Write and maintain functional code.
- Collaborate with management and project coordinators to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Conduct technical reviews of processes created by other developers, identifying logic flaws, performance issues, and adherence to best practices.
- Assist in designing and redesigning processes using industry standards and patterns.
- Test custom workflows and processes to ensure quality and functionality.
- Maintain production workflows and solutions throughout their lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot software issues and research solutions as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft development tools, including SQL Server Management Studio and Visual Studio (experience with Git-based Azure DevOps or similar tools preferred).
- Strong knowledge of T-SQL, Regular Expressions, or similar languages.
- Proficiency in C# and VB.NET (required).
- Understanding of Windows Server/Client relationships.
- Experience with Jira is a plus.
- Ability to design and understand relational data models.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Adaptability to changing development requirements.
