Solutions Architect Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers and development teams to ensure alignment on product vision and goals.
- Define and communicate solution strategies that address key business challenges and customer needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to intake, document, and prioritize requirements.
- Create and maintain product plans and refined backlogs.
- Develop backlog items with clear acceptance criteria.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and reviews.
- Work closely with UI/UX designers to optimize user experience.
- Demonstrate team progress to customers and provide regular updates.
- Ensure consistent delivery of value through effective prioritization and task management.
- Support training and onboarding for new product initiatives
Solutions Architect Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to identify business problems and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Experience ideating and presenting innovative software solutions.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in creating product roadmaps and managing backlogs.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
- Ability to lead meetings and facilitate discussions effectively.
