Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain Windows servers, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
- Manage network infrastructure including switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Provide technical support to end users and ensure timely resolution of IT requests.
- Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Ensure systems are secure and compliant with company policies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, networking, and virtualization technologies.
- Familiarity with security best practices and backup solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, or Microsoft Certified.
