We are seeking a Systems Application Administrator to support and maintain critical business applications in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. This role serves as a subject matter expert for assigned systems, ensuring performance, reliability, and security while providing excellent user support.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support business-critical applications
- Provide end-user support and troubleshoot application issues
- Manage user access, permissions, and security configurations
- Monitor system performance, uptime, and vendor communications
- Test, deploy, and maintain software upgrades and enhancements
- Assist with system integrations and customizations
- Support disaster recovery and compliance initiatives
- Participate in after-hours support for critical system issues as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in application administration, systems support, or business systems
- Experience supporting enterprise applications in a production environment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing user access and application security
- Working knowledge of Windows Server environments
- Experience with SQL databases
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting financial services or banking applications
- Familiarity with FinTech platforms such as FIS or Finastra
- Knowledge of Microsoft IIS
- Experience with system implementations and upgrades
- Understanding of integrations and change management processes
