Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support software development teams to ensure efficient and successful project delivery
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives
- Oversee administrative functions such as time tracking, invoice coordination, and budget forecasting
- Partner with clients, subcontractors, internal stakeholders, and executive leadership to align on project goals and expectations
- Identify and remove obstacles that may impact team productivity or project timelines
- Provide consistent reporting to stakeholders, including updates on budgets, delivery schedules, and potential risks
- Promote and coach Agile best practices to enhance team effectiveness and delivery outcomes
- Ensure all meetings are well-organized, with clear agendas, productive discussions, and documented action items
- Support onboarding efforts to integrate new team members effectively
- Coordinate and facilitate release management activities to ensure smooth product deployments
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience leading software development teams using Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean
- Strong understanding of Agile principles, with the ability to adapt and apply methodologies based on team and project needs
- Commitment to continuous improvement, both personally and at the team level
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and serve as a trusted advisor on project and organizational matters
- Leadership style rooted in collaboration and service, with a focus on supporting both team members and client success
