Key Responsibilities:
- Handle escalated technical support requests and resolve complex infrastructure issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.
- Manage and support Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, and virtualization platforms (e.g., Hyper-V).
- Configure and maintain firewalls, switches, and network infrastructure.
- Assist with client onboarding and deployment of IT solutions.
- Document procedures, solutions, and best practices.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party providers for issue resolution.
- Participate in after-hours support rotation and respond to critical incidents.
- Mentor junior technicians and contribute to internal knowledge resources.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT support and infrastructure management.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 cloud services (e.g., Entra, Purview) and platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls).
- Experience with RMM and PSA tools (e.g., ConnectWise, Datto, NinjaOne).
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Security+, Microsoft) preferred.
