Key Responsibilities
- Provide application and system support for call center users, supervisors, and quality teams
- Configure user access, troubleshoot issues, and resolve application-related incidents
- Collaborate with vendors to review enhancements, plan upgrades, and implement system improvements
- Develop operational and performance reports using data analysis, trend identification, and exception reporting
- Gather and document system requirements, coordinate testing with business partners, and support change control processes
- Monitor systems daily, investigate alerts or anomalies, and proactively address potential issues
- Create call flow scripts and visual diagrams to support solution design
- Analyze system logs and outputs to diagnose technical issues
- Coordinate multiple projects while supporting daily operational needs
- Assist with business continuity documentation and testing
- Support telecommunications activities such as user changes, troubleshooting, and general assistance
- Participate in after-hours support rotations and on-call coverage as required
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting call center applications or similar enterprise systems
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Visio
- Working knowledge of databases and reporting tools preferred
- Familiarity with server environments, Linux, IP networking, and cloud-based integrations
- Experience with call center technologies, XML/VXML, or scripting tools strongly preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate technical solutions effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
