Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain VMware environments (version 7.0 or higher).
- Manage data backup systems, preferably using Dell/EMC solutions.
- Assist in the design, deployment, and upkeep of servers and network infrastructure.
- Utilize tools such as Windows Server (2016–2022), Active Directory, and VMware.
- Work with LAN/WAN and server technologies.
- Contribute to network architecture planning, integration, and installation.
- Monitor and support assigned technologies to ensure optimal performance.
- Coordinate third-party maintenance for network hardware/software.
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
- Maintain strong knowledge of server hardware and software platforms.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on user support and trust-building.
- Solid understanding of server technologies including:
- Windows Server 2016–2022
- Microsoft Exchange 2016
- Active Directory
- VMware (7.0+)
- Experience with enterprise-level data protection solutions, preferably Dell/EMC.
